The Ordering Process

We've streamlined our process to make corporate gifting as effortless as possible. Most orders are delivered within 14–21 working days from approval.

Product Proposal

Within 1 business day, your dedicated account manager will send a curated selection of products that match your brief, complete with pricing and specifications.

Design & Artwork

Once you confirm your product selection, our design team prepares a digital mockup showing exactly how your logo and branding will appear on each item.

Sample Approval

For orders above a certain quantity, we produce a pre-production sample for your physical review and approval before mass production begins. No surprises.

Production

Mass production kicks off once you've approved the sample or digital mockup. Our quality team monitors every batch throughout production.

QC & Delivery

Every order undergoes a final quality check before packing and despatch. We deliver to your office or directly to your event venue across SG, MY and VN.

Can I request samples before committing to an order?

Yes. For most products, we can arrange physical samples. Sample charges may apply and are typically offset against the final order. Contact us to discuss.

What file formats do you accept for artwork?

We accept AI, EPS, PDF (vector preferred) or high-resolution PNG/JPG (minimum 300dpi). Our design team can also help prepare artwork for an additional fee.

Can you deliver to multiple locations?

Yes. We offer split delivery to multiple addresses across Singapore, and can arrange fulfilment to Malaysia and Vietnam for regional orders.

What happens if products are defective?

We stand behind our quality. In the rare event of defective goods, we will replace or refund affected items promptly. A pre-production sample is the best way to prevent issues before mass production.
